Have you ever wondered how a hotel kitchen works? Take the opportunity to have a guided tour of Vila Porto Mare's central kitchen which, in addition to the resort, serves other PortoBay hotels on Madeira. The visit includes an explanation of various sections of kitchen production (butcher, fishmonger, cold kitchen, hot kitchen and pastry). At the end, participants are invited to taste a traditional Madeiran cake made in our pastry kitchen.
